Complaints Procedure

 

Any complaint should be sent to maidstone@louisandco.co.uk and will be immediately referred to the office owner who will liaise with any other parties involved

We will acknowledge your complaint in writing, and we will give you a time frame as to when you will receive a formal response.

Our procedure is as follows:

1)      Complaint to be thoroughly investigated as a matter of priority

2)      Possible solutions to be considered

3)      All findings and actions will be detailed in writing to the complainant

4)      If no satisfactory outcome has been achieved, the complaint can be referred to the Property Ombudsman.
